About the College of Office Technology
The College of Office Technology is a private institution of higher education offering a variety of educational programs to prepare students for careers in the medical, business, and technology fields. The College is located in Chicago's West Town community, which includes Bucktown, Wicker Park, the Ukrainian Village and Humboldt Park. The student population ranges from recent high school graduates to mature adults with assorted levels of employment experience.

Mission
COT provides career-focused education that prepares students to be highly skilled professionals. Since our founding in 1982, COT continues to be recognized as a premier educational institution that answers the needs of students.
The type of training a student receives makes all the difference, and that is why we place so much emphasis on providing the right training. Career counseling takes place from the person's first contact with COT.
